(b) make duplicate copies of the flash-drive and/or content contained within Photosymbols Online;
(c) provide, by any means, any part of the Website, Photosymbols Online, Product or Services to a user at another library or a person other than a Authorised User in your Registered Organisation, save where the Product or Services are irretrievably incorporated into the Registered Organisation's products; or
(d) mount or distribute any part of the Website or Product on any publicly accessible electronic network, including without limitation the Internet and World Wide Web, save where the Website or Product are irretrievably incorporated as web graphics.
1.3 You also agree:
(a) not to access and/or use confidential information about another Member; attempt to discover and/or use the password or account details of another Member; or attempt to impersonate any other person;
(b) not to access without authority, copy, interfere with, damage or disrupt:
(i) any part of our Website;
(ii) any equipment or network on which our Website is stored;
(iii) any software used in provision of our Website; or
(iv) any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party.
2. Content Standards
2.1 These content standards apply to any content which you contribute to our Website, Product and services associated with it.
2.2 You must comply with the spirit of the following standards as well as the letter of it. The standards apply to the constituent parts as well as the whole of any submitted content.
2.3 Submitted content must not:
(a) contain anything defamatory of any person;
(b) contain anything which is obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;

(i) promote any illegal or unlawful activity;
(j) be threatening, abusive or invade another's privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety;
(k) be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;
(l) be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person;
(m) contain press releases or advertising;
(n) give the impression that they emanate from us, if this is not the case;
(o) advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) trade mark infringement or computer misuse;
(p) adapt, translate, modify, decompile or reverse engineer our Website or any software or program used in connection with it;
(q) restrict or inhibit any other user from using or enjoying our Website (or any linked website); or
(r) modify, alter or deface any of the trade marks, service marks, trade dress or intellectual property made available in connection with our Website or otherwise infringe or facilitate infringement of any copyright, patent, trade mark, trade secret or other proprietary, publicity, privacy rights of any part, including the rights of third parties.
3. Breach of this Policy
3.1 It will remain our sole discretion to determine whether there has been a breach of this acceptable use policy through the use of our Website, Product and/or Services. A breach of the acceptable use policy is a material breach of the Website Terms and Conditions and your Registered Organisation's Licence Agreement.
3.2 If we decide that you have not complied with our Acceptable Use Policy, we may take one or more steps to:
(a) immediately withdraw your right to use or access our Website, Product and/or Services;
(b) inform your employer about your conduct;
(c) bring legal proceedings against you to recover all of our losses and costs that result from your breach of this policy (including but not limited to legal costs); or
(d) disclosure of such information to legal authorities as we deem appropriate.
3.3 We exclude liability for actions taken against you for breaches of this Acceptable Use Policy. The responses are not limited to those described and we may take any other action that we deem appropriate.
3.4 You should not use the Website, Product and/or Services for any commercial purpose, unless your employer has a separate contractual agreement with Photosymbols Ltd for such use.
4. Changes to this Policy
We may revise this Acceptable Use Policy at any time by amending this policy. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we may because they are legally binding on you.
